CCI Direct Mail’s “Letter to our Clients”
As we emerge from the COVID-19 Pandemic and put the challenges of the past 2 years behind us, I want to provide an update on the improvements CCI has made in order to ensure the success of our business.
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to those of you who have entrusted CCI with your direct mail needs. I strongly believe that our clients trust CCI because we achieve exceptional levels of quality and service. To maintain our high standards, an upgrade to our equipment and an investment in our employees has made our facility more efficient. Examples include:
High speed inserting machines
Installing 6 pinnacle inserting machines highlight one of our many significant achievements as they have doubled our production rates and prepared us to mail larger orders than in any previous year. CCI now has 26 lines capable of inserting up to a 10” x 13” envelope.
Improved ink jetting
An upgrade of our addressing capabilities can now produce over 1,000,000 pieces of mail per day. This allowed us to mail over 30,000,000 pieces across the country during the 2020 Presidential campaign.
Wafer seal machinery
We upgraded 4 wafer seal machines, bringing our total to 6. This provided us with the capability to produce over 10,000,000 COVID-19 informational brochures.
Fulfillment and warehousing
We have recently added 200 pallet locations and offer very competitive fulfillment and storage rates. Our newest partner is a bedding company for whom we fulfill orders and store hundreds of pallets.
USPS services
With the United States Postal Service, we now have “Seamless Acceptance” status. This provides clients with tremendous flexibility and reduced mail delivery times.
Multi-channel marketing
Through our partnership with Flimp Communications, we have the ability to offer end-to-end direct marketing solutions for our clients.
Social media
CCI’s website (www.ccidirectmail.com) has been completely redesigned and now contains our corporate video. Regular postings on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn keeps us connected to our clients.
